Overview

This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment.

 

Must pass a Clean Background Screening

Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Tech

 

SHIFT: Monday - Friday

from 7am - 3pm

Pay Rate $20.00/hr

 

Work place is for:

 

Scottsdale Comunity College 

9000 E Chaparral Rd

Scottsdale, AZ 85256

 

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade
  • Proficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude.
  • Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptable driving record, Valid State Issued Driver’s License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow written instruction

  • Works in a team environment in a primary response role to complete maintenance inspections, repairs, and preparation of client’s property.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance duties and repairs throughout the client’s property.
  • Assist clients and associates in the resolution of maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions.
  • Drive between MasterCorp client sites within the day to perform duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
